This week my focus has been to take some time out of every day, rather than sit in my office working right through my lengthy crazy shifts. Here’s how I got on.

This week is ben’s first week in New Zealand. He is over to visit for 5 weeks, as a holiday, with a small matter called Challenge Wanaka in the middle.
