Autumn is such a beautiful time of year, the leaves changing colour, new flowers in bloom, New Zealand foliage never seems to rest.

I usually ignore Shakespeare, but on a recommendation from a friend, we decided to go to this outside performance. I have never heard of David Ladderman, but he approached Shakespeare’s king Lear from a completely different angle, switching in and out of character to explain the plot, and all the side plots.

We never get bored of visiting this park, always discover something new and love seeing what visitors think. Personally I think it’s the best and most extensively used park space for a city that I have ever seen.
