#80 Road trip to central: 1st open water swim post amputation
I have to say I was excited to get to this day, but the swimming was the least of my worries… it was the getting in and out that I had to worry about (and getting into the wetsuit when I only have one leg to stand on!)!!

It’s been a while since we had a break, I am currently injured (no, not the knee replacement) and wasn’t expecting this at all. It was lovely just to get away for a while in one of my favourite places – Wanaka – and just relax.

New year in Timaru: 1000km road trip!
We set off on our road trip on the 28th December, heading to our favourite campsite, Lake Wanaka Outlet.
