G’s NHS Zwift Shifts day 3 part 1

Geraint Howell Thomas, OBE is a Welsh professional racing cyclist, who currently rides for UCI WorldTeam Team Ineos, Wales and Great Britain, competing on both track and road. On the track, he has won three World Championships, and two Olympic gold medals, while on the road he won the 2018 Tour de France.

Geraint Thomas ‘G’ will ride 12 hour shifts for three consecutive days, mirroring a typical NHS hospital shift, to celebrate the hard work of front line workers and raise money for the NHS.

I joined him on Zwift for the first 40 mins of this session. We are in New York’s central park, a futuristic central park as you will see if you watch it!

If you would like to donate to his fund here’s the link to the page.
