Geraint Howell Thomas, OBE is a Welsh professional racing cyclist, who currently rides for UCI WorldTeam Team Ineos, Wales and Great Britain, competing on both track and road. On the track, he has won three World Championships, and two Olympic gold medals, while on the road he won the 2018 Tour de France.

I learned this week that my consultants request for a knee operation was turned down and I have now been referred to the public health system.
