Real talk: this week was a total balancing act. ⚖️ Between work and medical appointments, the fatigue hit hard by the weekend—but there were still some big wins on two wheels!
- 3 bike rides done (including a 1-hour session!) 🚴♂️
- Pacing felt strong and steady.
- The pool didn’t happen this week, but it’s the #1 priority for next. 🏊♂️
