Back at work, swim swim swim with a 5.5km distance managed this week (because its the only pain free exercise left!) and then I spotted this: yippee the annual book sale is on again soon, time to stock back up!
Winter truly is here this week, lucky Milford escape to be sure! The Crown rage road was snow chains only, with snow in the ski fields very rare for May. Great, winter will be even looooonger then!
Then again I got a sudden and unexpected call offering me a sunday Steroid injection appointment. Again.
So here’s what happened.
