Flowers in focus

It seems odd: I bought some daffodils today. apparently spring is coming. Its really weird not knowing what exactly to expect and when. That’s just something I have always taken for granted. January and February are cold, March starts to warm up, May-August is summer (sometimes!)… and so on. Now its all turned on its head. 

I started with a tree that I noticed was starting to blossom. That must be a sign, surely? Shortly afterwards we noticed a hidden botanical garden greenhouse of tropical plants: right in the middle of Queens Park, the public run park in the centre of the city. All free access.  Now there’s something that is now rare in England. Fits in nicely with this weeks photo challenge: Focus
