#148 Walking goals: how to reach that big target without getting despondent

Learning how to walk, and learning how to just – conduct a ‘normal’ day when you have to use a prosthetic leg feels like a giant insurmountable goal. So, in the context of my goal to walk the estuary track – I show you how to stay focused on that grand life goal without getting overwhelmed by the size of the mountain. These principles can be applied to almost any life goal, no matter how big or small.
