Poem: one of those days

Just a small reminder that everything isn’t always a bed of roses all the time when you’re disabled, a business owner and battling PTSD.

It’s one of those days

You know the type?

Everything feels grey

And a rather hard fight.

Glass half empty

Weighs on my mind.

Problems surmount

It all feels like a grind.

PTSD,

a fight all the way.

Flash backs and images

Won’t go away.

What do I do

To rein it all in?

Read a book, write a blog

I won’t let it win.
