So it arrived at last, just when I was beginning to think summer wasn’t going to visit us at all in the deep south! Doesn’t a bit of sun and some heat make everything better?

This week saw the completion (well, almost) of Arena Avenue: the new fitness studio, plus relocation over the public holiday weekend. I can categorically say that relocating a business is even worse than moving house!
